This property is on the first floor of an oceanfront building with a private deck with steps down to the ground where you can immediately step onto the boardwalk to the beach. It offers ocean views on the deck, off of the open living area and from the bedroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with quartz counter tops and high end stainless steel appliances. The kitchen opens into the dining and living areas. The living area is large and roomy with a large chaise sectional sleeper sofa. There are beautiful wide-planked, gray textured wood floors throughout. The bedroom includes a King Bed with memory foam topper and a second TV. You enter the huge spa-like bathroom through French doors from the bedroom and are able to enjoy the large walk-in shower with bench, rain shower head, large shower head and a hand shower. There is also a third TV in the bathroom. This villa can accommodate up to 4 guests with the queen sleeper sofa in the living room. The sleeper sofa also has a memory foam topper for your comfort. Also included is wireless internet to help you stay connected during your stay, washer and dryer, and free Netflix access. Nespresso Vertuoplus coffee and espresso machine plus frother available upon request.
