Ulysses S. Grant, and Gen. William Tecumseh among other notables. In 1926, the hotel was razed by fire and in 1928, the present Beaux Arts-style building was constructed. Fast forward to today and bear witness to another remarkable transformation. City Club is home to 294 modern rental apartments and penthouses in the city’s CBD. Please be reminded that Guest only have their parking covered by reservation until 11AM on the day of their check out. If guests choose to keep vehicle parked in garage after 11AM they are subject to pay the $50/day parking fee.

2. No ECI: Unfortunately, we do not permit early check-in (ECI) at this location. Please plan to arrive at the time listed in your confirmation email.

3. ID check: When you arrive at our location, you will need to show your ID and the name on it must match the name on your reservation.

Kindly note that the availability of amenities such as pools, hot tubs, rooftops, fitness centers, and others in our properties is solely determined by the management of each building. The access and availability of these amenities are subject to the discretion of the management, who may choose to open or close them based on their own policies and in compliance with applicable regulations.

Mail/Shipping: NO receiving or sending postal mail or packages. We are not responsible for receiving, lost, or undelivered packages.

For Weekend check-ins, please arrive no later than 1:00 AM. Check-ins after this time are not doable. Thank you for understanding!
