This condo features a large living room with a comfortable sectional (including a queen sleeper) and a beautiful bay view. The fully equipped kitchen is ready for your culinary endeavors. For the Winter Season (January and February), reservations made before October 1st necessitate a minimum 60-day stay. After October 1st, reservations may be made for the winter months at a minimum of three or seven nights, subject to unit specifications.

Parking Passes are required, the first parking pass will be paid for in the initial reservation, one additional is available for purchase upon arrival or by contacting our office directly. Each reservation allows for a maximum of 2 parking passes and 2 cars. Linens are provided, excluding beach towels. A "starter set" of essentials is included in the reservation.
Policies: Renters must be at least 25 years old, with photo ID required at check-in. No Smoking or Pets are permitted.
